component_saturation_slo_out_of_bounds:pgbouncer_client_conn_primary (Severity 2)

Problem: PgBouncer connections to the patroni-ci database are saturated, causing increased error rates in Web and API services.

Impact: This saturation has led to increased error rates and a decrease in the Apdex score for the 'Web' and 'API' services.

Causes: The saturation is caused by a long-running downstream pipeline worker holding transactions open for excessive durations, with transaction times as high as 600 seconds.

Response strategy: The post-deployment migration that was causing the saturation was canceled. It will be reintroduced at a later time.
