Current Status

We have identified a bad postgres query started inside of the rails console has terminated it.

3. Impact Duration: 2024-10-08 10:02:00 - 2024-10-08 10:19:00 (17minutes)
4. Root cause: A bad query running in the primary database that took 20 minutes to run. This was started from the rails console.
