2024-07-09: FrontendServiceWebsocketsServicesErrorSLOViolation
Customer Impact
None
Current Status
This is a known problem where we throw Redis::SubscriptionError
when a client calling unsubscribe, but we already did not have a subscription for the client anymore since it doesn't exist in Redis anymore.
For now, we have reduced our error ratio in chore: Update the error ratio for the frontend ... (gitlab-com/runbooks!7604 - merged) and opened Corrective action: FrontendServiceWebsocketsSer... (production-engineering#25590 - moved) as a corrective action to remove the noise.
