2024-05-16: GCP Networking Outage
Customer Impact
- 503 Errors for projects which were on the two effected Gitaly nodes during the time the network was experiencing issues
- CI Runners were not picking up jobs during the time of the outage
Current Status
Currently all of our services appear to be behaving normally, although the GCP status page still indicates that the upstream incident is not resolved.
Queued jobs have been processed, and new jobs are being picked up immediately again.
More information will be added as we investigate the issue. For customers believed to be affected by this incident, please subscribe to this issue or monitor our status page for further updates.
