2024-02-14: The loadbalancer SLI of the web service (cny stage) has an error rate violating SLO
Customer Impact
Some users are not able to edit some profile settings (avatar from what it looks like)
We found that all requests originate from a single client that is sending invalid picture data as an avatar upload at a rate fast enough to appear as if it was coming from multiple users.
