Customer Impact

Current Status

A single IP is sending requests to analytics/telemetry/ph/api/hyper/send?_c&_i=test which is returning 500 errors. This IP was also the cause of #14484 (closed) which also sends 500 error on a URL that doesn't exist. We are working with workhorse maintainers in #14484 (comment 1399133278) to understand why.
