2023-05-17: Release candidate deployment to pre is failing

Current Status

pre deployments were failing for a number of reasons:

  • Deployment was failing the version check because it was reading the recent auto deploy version as greater than 16.0.0
  • Then deployment started failing because no space on gitaly servers in pre
  • Afterwards charts deployment was failing due to multiple competing deployments in pre

Freeing up disk space from gitaly servers and rolling back helm release in pre resulted in successful deployment pipelines to pre.
