During our last incidents (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/production/-/issues/3962), we found out that some tables are with degraded statistics. One table was the `namespaces`. We need to automate and evaluate changes to tune our gathering of statistics so do not have these problems again. **Acceptance criteria:** - [ ] Evaluate our statistics and add more possible monitoring on them. - [ ] create a new setup for our statistics and analyze strategy.
