Clean up Gitter CI runner disk periodiaclly.
Today the ci-runner-01.gitter.prod
run out of disk space.

A temporary solution was to prune the docker system:
ci-runner-01:~$ sudo su
root@ci-runner-01:/home/deployer# docker system prune -a
The long-term solution is to add a cron task to the ci-runner to run this command every month.
