Clean up orphaned resources in Gitter environment

The following DNS entries in the prod.gitter zone reference non-existent resources; we should ensure that we have any/all associated infrastructure removed from terraform and configuration cleaned up from ansible, as well as removing any corresponding DNS records/resources in the beta environment.
