Update EOC onboarding to include Incident.IO
Problem
The EOC onboarding issue template needs updating to point to Incident.IO for shadowing, as well as any other outdated instructions related to Pagerduty
Tasks
- Remove PagerDuty references from EOC onboarding template
- Update to Incident IO and include all relevant links
