Improve proccess and knowledge around account verification for incident response

We should review our knowledge and processes around Arkose/account verification.

In particular we likely need better documentation for any related incidents around:

  • What happens if we disable the feature?
  • When should we consider doing it?
  • What else do we need to do if we choose this?
  • How to read the Arkose charts and information.
  • How to contact Arkose support (there’s ext-gitlab-arkose)
  • Should EoCs be able to open support cases/login to Arkose?
