Improve proccess and knowledge around account verification for incident response
We should review our knowledge and processes around Arkose/account verification.
In particular we likely need better documentation for any related incidents around:
- What happens if we disable the feature?
- When should we consider doing it?
- What else do we need to do if we choose this?
- How to read the Arkose charts and information.
- How to contact Arkose support (there’s ext-gitlab-arkose)
- Should EoCs be able to open support cases/login to Arkose?
