Isolated Container Runtimes - installation research

While [HRPv5] Block 1.1: Security validation of Kuber... (gitlab-com/gl-infra/ci-runners&5) is focused on validating security and risk level of different container runtimes that provide higher isolation, we should in parallel research how to install and configure them.

We currently have few runtimes on the plate. We should research:

• which of them can be installed on both Google Cloud and AWS Kubernetes offerings,
• what specific configuration is needed for them,
• how we can automate setting that up.
