Migrate Sentry away from Bitnami Helm charts and images

Overview

Bitnami will stop updating their container images on August 28th (see announcement), so it needs to be replaced before then. Additionally, most of their Helm charts won't be published to the OCI registry anymore.

Our Sentry instance uses the following Helm charts, and their respective images, from Bitnami:

• kafka
• memcached
• rabbitmq
• redis
• zookeeper

We need to migrate away from those Bitnami Helm charts and images before then.

Plan of action

Short term:

• Update all Bitnami container image refs with docker.io/bitnamilegacy/$image
• fork the Helm charts internally?

Long term: TBD

Exit Criteria

• Our Sentry instance doesn't use any Bitnami Helm chart
• Our Sentry instance doesn't use any Bitnami container image
