Include X-Forwarded-For in GCP LB logs - currently we don't know where the requests come from

Modify the GCP load balancer configuration to include the 'X-Forwarded-For' header in logs for better traceability.

You can apply these filters in the monitoring section of the gitlab-ops GCP project to see the requests, all the source IPs are from cloudflare
