Idea

Let's make a simple CI Job someplace that does some simple knife commands to help us see unused roles and cookbooks so we can make issues to clean them up.

Definition of Done

We should have an automated report to see what cookbooks and roles (and environments?) are not used by any active node in our Chef fleets.
