Component Ownership by Team

There was a project during the year to look at ownership for the services that were previously attached to reliability-general. I think we got part-way through this effort because finding owners is hard!

We need to take stock of ownership again to see how much of this problem we need to tackle in the new year.

The ask

Step 1 - Write down what we know

Step 2 - Add services

Next we will add in a tab to that sheet that shows the full list of services from the catalog to see how we are tracking with ownership of everything else. At this point we'll have a discussion on what to do next.
