Use of Camoproxy

Overview

go-camo is deployed by a custom Helm chart. go-camo used to serve images from HTTP based resources to HTTPS.

GitLab Dedicated doesn't support Camoproxy at all. We need to discuss with the security folks if this infrastructure is integral and if we need to deploy it part of Cells 1.0
