As part of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/425941, we added a new application setting at Admin area > Settings > CI/CD > Continuous Integration and Deployment > "Maximum downstream pipelines triggered in a project per user"
. Please update this setting value to be 350 for GitLab.com.
This setting change can happen at any time because its effect is currently behind a disabled Feature Flag ci_rate_limit_downstream_pipelines
. The FF will be rolled out incrementally after the setting is updated. (Roll-out issue: production#17471 (closed))
An MR has been opened to update the documentation that corresponds to this setting update: Add CI/CD max downstream pipelines documentatio... (gitlab-org/gitlab!144908 - merged). It will be merged immediately after the setting update.
