ClickHouse Cloud Terraform setup

We are adding ClickHouse Cloud as a new datastore for SaaS.

As part of this we want to use Terraform to configure individual instance settings such as ip access list, memory size, passwords, region, etc

ClickHouse Cloud usage is currently being explored by four PoC projects and we require SRE help to help get this configured.

ClickHouse has terraform provider that appears to cover at least some rudimentary aspects
