Put nfs-pages-01 into production

As part of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/infrastructure/issues/1794 and https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/infrastructure/issues/1914, we now need to put the new nfs-pages-01 server into production.

We will need to mount the new pages server on the fleet and perform a final rsync that doesn't update newer or existing files.
