Corrective action: fix Data-Server Rebuild Ansible pipeline

Summary

Currently, the ansible-lint job in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/data-server-rebuild-ansible fails with errors unexpectedly, as a workaround we've allowed this job to fail, but ideally we should fix this job so it would succeed.

• ensure .ansible-lint is not ignored by ansible-lint command.
• either add the name[casing] to .ansible-lint or fix the errors.
