Fix Azure Snapshots

@maratkalibek and I discovered that the Azure snapshots are not being taken for most of our NFS servers. file-storage1 is the only server actually being backed up.

We suspect this is because the keys for the majority of the storage accounts are not found in /etc/gitlab-azure-ruby-scripts.yml

We need to fix this urgently.
