Estimate how soon we'll run out of NAT IP addresses

We created the Kubernetes clusters with a fairly limited range of IP addresses and will need to re-create the clusters to extend them. &610 covers this work but it would be helpful to know how soon we need to prioritize this.

Could we estimate how soon we're likely to run out of IP addresses?
