For getting or setting feature flags in production/staging, show the value currently set in staging/production

This request came up in the Feature Flag Working Group doc where we often have the problem where there is feature-flag drift between staging and production. As a first iteration, it would be nice to have some more exposure to what is running on the other environment. T
