Validate phase I of the DB Benchmark project with Security/Compliance

Once the phase I for this epic is finished, we'll need to get it validated and approved by compliance and security.

The objective of this phase I is having a basic DB benchmarking environment that we can start using asap (Datastores + Ongres).

Acceptance Criteria:

• Determine with compliance all the requirements needed to get the approval to start using this environment for DB benchmarking with a copy of our production Database.
• Add the requirements to this list.
• Complete the work described in this list and get Compliance/Security approval to use our DB Benchmarking environment.
