We originally allowed Runway services to define multiple sub-services in one
Helm chart by using syntax like:

```yaml
spec:
  services:
    frontend:
      <serviceSpec>
    backend:
      <serviceSpec>
```

This feature has repeated caused headaches, mostly because the list of
sub-services is not known to the Provisioner, and so it can't know the final
URL of the service and similar problems.

This change removed the configuration layer, making the chart single-service
only. The configuration is simplified to:

```yaml
spec:
  <serviceSpec>
```

Additionally, this change removes the "release" (either "staging" or
"production") from the resource names. This suffix is not needed, because we
have distinct clusters for staging and production. Instead, I want to introduce
a `singleCluster: true` deployment option. If set to true, the release name
will be used as a suffix to the _namespace_, so that two deployments of the
same service to the same cluster uses different namespaces for isolation.

Using the same name ("app") for all services means that we always need to group
by the namespace when inspecting cluster-wide metrics. By using the Runway
Service ID for the `metadata.name` field, we simplify the usage of
observability tools.

We discussed this in the team, and the consensus was that since Runway on
Kubernetes is not officially launched, making breaking changes to the schema is
preferable.
