feat(inventory): Make the inventory generator more flexible. 

* The `oci-secret-ref` flag allows to specify a secret for reading the deployment registries.
* The `k8s-namespace` flag allow to specify the Kubernetes namespace to use.
* The generator now also emits `Kustomization` resources.
* The `OCIRepository` resource is now generated using a template rather than Go structures.
