feat: Add the `inventory show` subcommand.

This command parses the inventory from the provisioner project and prints it to STDOUT.

The current format uses the `OCIRepository` artifact used by Flux. The idea is
that we can use this command to generate an appropriate Flux configuration in
the Provisioner project.
