Gitaly SLIs are much worse on cny than they are on main. This is because most of the traffic on cny-Gitaly is ours, which has different characteristics than the traffic on main. Because of this, we can't really use cny for what it was intended: having an idea on how the next Gitaly release would perform. If there was something wrong with the release, we could miss the alerts because we've silenced them. This issue is the meta issue for the alert silences; the blocking issues are the ones where we investigate specific aspects of the slowness. ### Proposal Scale up `file-cny-01-stor-gprd` from `c2-standard-30` to `c2-standard-60`.
