Help with QA Elastic Integration

**Details**
The Quality team needs a service account that will be able to access our Elastic/Kibana API (client ID `96344303296-2emvujshc7s46tnqbvphbbvhu840ce9b.apps.googleusercontent.com`)
This service account will then be used in our test automation scripts to programmatically query the API when there is a test failure, and extract information like exception data related to the failure's correlation ID. We would then like to add this data directly in QA failure issues, job logs and/or artifacts. This will help the Quality team in troubleshooting and investigating test failures more efficiently.
