Upgrade Grafana to newer version (12.1.X)

Grafana have Trend Lines which was introduced few months a go as a beta transformation called regression analysis by enabling the regressionTransformation feature.

Since 12.1 they renamed this transformation to Trendline and released it - https://grafana.com/docs/grafana/latest/panels-visualizations/query-transform-data/transform-data/#trendline

This helps with creating trends and analyzing data metrics.

For us (FinOps) it would help understand trends and forecast our spending.
