Can we make the triage dashboards useful?

This is a follow up from gitlab-com/gl-infra/production#19996 (comment 2561293774).

We have the general triage dashboard (https://dashboards.gitlab.net/d/general-triage/general3a-platform-triage?orgId=1&from=now-6h%2Fm&to=now%2Fm&timezone=utc&var-PROMETHEUS_DS=mimir-gitlab-gprd&var-environment=gprd&var-stage=main) which essentially everyone ignores.

We also have several other out of date triage dashboards (https://dashboards.gitlab.net/d/general-playlist-frontend-rails/general3a-triage-playlist3a-rails-services?orgId=1&from=now-6h%2Fm&to=now%2Fm&timezone=utc&var-PROMETHEUS_DS=mimir-gitlab-gprd&var-environment=gprd) that feel like they might help.

What are the things that would make a triage dashboard useful? How can we implement them?
