kube_pool_max_nodes saturation point is not reporting metrics

We need this to see how much room we have left to create new nodes in the nodepool. I wanted to see this in relation to #4205, to see how much room we have in the nodepool if we wanted to create more web pods and potentially need more nodes.

The kube_pool_max_nodes saturation point is supposed to monitor that, but it's not recording anything at the moment. I'm looking in to why that is.
