Confirm/improve ai-assisted observability

Follow up: Confirm why this didn't page/alert when the apdex...

We had a significant ai-assisted apdex drop at 2000 UTC last night. Looking briefly at the Mimir details, it does seem to be set to page, but it doesn't seem like it did.
