Create an observability blueprint for Cells 1.0
We need to create a blueprint for how observability will work with Cells so that we can coordinate how we will achieve this.
- Requirements (in progress)
- Technical design / implementation of blueprint.
- Understand observability stack for Dedicated
- Decide on the specific technologies
- Review SIRT Requirements
