FY22 Q1 Scalability OKR: 30% of dashboards received customization from Development engineers => 100%
Context
In &360 (closed) we introduced generic dashboards that Development engineers can use to understand how their code operates on GitLab.com.
These generic dashboards require further customization to be truly useful to the stage groups, and we want to set the stage groups up to make these customizations themselves. This will help them understand the data on the dashboards and how to make adjustments without us in future.
Key Results
This was a difficult OKR to word to correctly capture the intent behind it. The intent is to lower the barrier for contributions to these dashboards and engage with the teams so that people know how to make these changes for themselves. With that in mind, we may re-word this OKR if we find a more suitable way to represent this goal.
- 5 of the groups shown below have been engaged and shown their dashboards
- 4 of these dashboards have received customizations where ~"team::Scalability" have not been the authors or the main contributors

Next Steps
- Determine the appropriate ending point for each engagement
- Create epics for each group
- Engage with each group for the customizations
