Infra Career Ladder - Create a Principal level
Following on from the work to review and improve the Staff level of the Infrastructure career ladder, this issue tracks the work to create a Principal level.
The goal is to create a consistent set of expectations that can be used across all Infrastructure teams.
Once updated, the career ladder will guide day-to-day focus and be the basis for performance reviews, promotions, and hiring.
