Infrastructure FY21-Q4 OKR: All team members performance review process completed on time => 100%
Summary
The Infrastructure team will complete the performance review process following the new company method, with the exception of using the 9-box tool which is still under development. Instead, we will use a gdoc presentation to collaborate on the 9-box ratings.
While we will discuss the "potential axis" as a leadership team, this iteration of the assessment process will not include communication of this information to team members. We will use this as a learning and planning exercise, and coordinate along with the rest of the company as to how this might be shared in future iterations.

Nov 1: Manager begins to compile information for each team member's Performance Review document. This also includes sharing the document with the team member (when you determine it is ready but not final), in order to get additional feedback from them. Insight to the performance review should include: (15%) - The values assessment from the 360 review, if the team member agrees (since expectations were set at the time that the 360 reviews would not impact compensation)
- The responsibilities and requirements on the job family page
- The attributes on the career matrix (if that department has created it for the role)
- Their own understanding of the team member's performance
