WIP: Upgrades this project for helm 3

  • Modifies the k-ctl script to utilize new command names
  • Removes the --name flag as that is part of our command in some locations
  • And removes the use of tiller as this is no longer needed
  • Adds ability to create and remove namespaces as this is not yet in helm3
