Remove all assignments to default-2 node pool · f4b6b76a

* This node pool needs to be removed, therefore any workload assigned to
  it needs to be sent elsewhere
* The default-3 node pool now exists, so logically, to keep sanity
  across all configurations, switching these workloads to this pool
