More CPU for sidekiq-pipeline nodes?

updated: There have been some intermittent reports lately of pipelines not running in a timely fashion. I believe this is due to CPU contention on the pipeline sidekiq nodes at peaks, and we should consider giving those nodes more CPU.

Original: There have been some intermittent reports lately of pipelines not running in a timely fashion. I believe this is due to increased load on the pipeline sidekiq nodes, and we may have to expand this group from 3 to 4, or more.
