Redis nodes kernel upgrades

As part of the effort to alleviate saturation on Redis nodes related to production#928 (closed), we're going to upgrade kernels on Redis nodes. @bjk-gitlab noted that the nodes are spending about 50% of their time on system, and we expect the kernel upgrades to reduce this.

@bjk-gitlab and @jarv are working on this.
