Throughout the day today 2019-06-11 every other git fetch or git pull to www-gitlab-com has resulted in the following error:

GitLab: API is not accessible fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

If I retry, it goes through after 1-2 retries.

Posted on Slack wondering if it was just me, @tauriedavis reports that she encountered similar issues yesterday 2019-06-10, and @stanhu mentioned some user complaints.

Checking grafana, not seeing anything unusual.
