Set lifecycle policy to change the storage class of some objects in the log-archive bucket
The log archive bucket is 484TB and represents a significant cost when it comes to object storage. This bucket alone is 10k/month, the same amount of data in coldline storage is about 10% of this cost. This issue is to discuss a policy for changing the storage class of objects to coldline storage. Before we can work on this issue we need to decide on the lifecycle policy.
I suggest that we start with anything older than 90days.
