Add error tracking for contributors.gitlab.com and others

On 01/06/2017 we noticed that navigation to https://contributors.gitlab.com/contributors was resulting in a 500 error. Lack of error tracking means that a Production Engineers with console access are the only Team members that can investigate the cause of the error.

Should we add error tracking to this app and others small apps like it to alert maintainers to the problem?
