Elasticsearch index for container registry logs don't index error details

Since we cut over to the new Elasticsearch cluster, I'm having a hard time filtering the GKE container registry logs because the error details aren't indexed (gitlab-org/gitlab#32907 (comment 289878801)). I've tried to change this template to true and tried to refresh the index mappings to no avail:
