The TPS rate doubled (approximately) December 3rd

Checking the status of the database, I found out this exponential growth in TPS, that can be extremely dangerous for the health of the database ecosystem.

Acceptance criteria:

• check why this increased so exponentially and rollback if possible for a state as 2 weeks ago.
