CI Cleaner script seems to have stopped working

For some reason, the CI cleaner script has stopped working but doesn't error out. I'm not quite sure why as there is no error. Nonetheless, this should be fixed.

My initial suspicion is that something changed about our naming scheme or the GCP API, but I have done minimal investigation thus far.
