Predictable spikes of the CPU usage on the database primary

We have spikes around the minute 05 each hour:

We need to do an analysis of the spikes that we have each hour at the minute 05.

It seems we have a secondary smaller spike in around the minute 35 from each hour. In the next picture we I marked as green the large spikes and in blue the shorter ones.

Acceptance criteria:

• We can consider this issue resolved when we would have a period of time of 2 weeks without spikes over 65% of the CPU utilization.
